Account & Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time, for any of our games, on any platform. You do not need to keep the game installed to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Tell us which account. Include the game name(s), the platform you play on (for example Google Play, Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox / Microsoft Store or Meta Quest), and your in-game username or platform display name. If you created an Emerald Vortex account, send the request from the email address on that account.
- Confirm the request. To protect your account, we will reply to confirm that you own it. Please answer that confirmation email.
- We delete your data within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it is done.
Where a game offers a “Delete Account” option in its settings menu, you can use that instead. It does the same thing.
Only want some data deleted? You can also ask us to delete specific data, such as chat history, crash reports or your email address, without closing your account. Use the same email address and describe what you want removed.
What we delete
- Your Emerald Vortex account, username and email address
- Your game progress, saves stored on our servers, stats, match history, leaderboard entries and settings
- Virtual Items and in-game currency on the account (for example gems, units, upgrades and loot). This cannot be undone, and Virtual Items cannot be restored or refunded after deletion.
- Chat messages and other player content linked to your account that we store
- Crash reports and technical logs linked to your account
- Support emails, other than our record that you asked for deletion
What we may keep, and for how long

Data held by your platform
Your Google, Steam, Epic, Microsoft / Xbox or Meta account and the data those companies hold, such as your purchase history, achievements and cloud saves stored by the platform, are controlled by that platform, not by us. To delete that data, use the platform’s own account and privacy settings. Deleting your data with us does not delete your platform account, and uninstalling a game does not delete your data with us.
